FAQ's

Product Questions

What materials do you use for the flags?

You can choose from two different fabric choices – 115gsm lightweight knitted polyester or 210gsm heavyweight display polyester. On 115gsm lightweight knitted polyester, the artwork will be legible on one side with a mirror image on the reverse. On 210gsm heavyweight display polyester, the artwork will be legible on one side and the reverse of the material will be white with minor show through.

Can I customise both sides of the flag?

No, we only print single sided flags.

Will my flag fade over time?

This is a difficult question to answer, as it will depend how the flag is used, displayed, and stored. Understandably, if your flag is always on display and exposed to sun and inclement weather, your flag will start to show its age quicker than one that isn’t. The life of the flag will depend on how it is used and cared for.

Can I order different sizes of the same design?

Yes, but you will need to place an order each time for your different sizes of flags. This will ensure that your chosen design is scaled correctly.
